What we collect and why
Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, company, email, phone number (optional), what you need and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a proposal and a contract.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We need your name and email to reply; the other fields are optional.
Visiting the site. Every time a page loads, your browser sends technical data (IP address, browser type, time of the request). It passes through Cloudflare so the site can be delivered and protected against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many visits we get and which pages are viewed. It uses no cookies, builds no visitor profile and does not track you across other sites. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Only if Cloudflare shows a bot check may it set a strictly necessary security cookie. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Who else has access
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf and on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting, security and anonymous statistics.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France) — delivers the contact form message to our mailbox and keeps technical logs of sent messages for a short period.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace) — the mailbox where we receive and keep enquiries.
Cloudflare and Google may transfer data to the USA. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact. If we sign a contract, data is kept for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting rules). Technical data at Cloudflare is kept briefly, under Cloudflare's own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@typodigital.com — we reply within one month. For complex or numerous requests this may be extended by up to two further months, in which case we will let you know.
If you believe your rights have been breached, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
